Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Morocco Explore Trips. These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of the tours, desert activities and day trips offered by Morocco Explore Trips, a local travel agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. By making a booking with us you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

1. Bookings & Reservations

• A booking is confirmed once we have received your booking request and the required deposit, and you have received a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names, arrival dates, number of travellers and any special requirements) at the time of booking.
• All tours are private unless stated otherwise and are organised for the dates and itinerary agreed in your confirmation.

2. Payment Methods

To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit, with the remaining balance payable before or at the start of your tour. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer – to our Moroccan or international bank account (details provided on your invoice).
• Credit or debit card – through a secure online payment link (Visa and Mastercard).
• Online payment services – such as PayPal or Wise, where available.
• Cash – the remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD).

A deposit of around 20–30% of the total tour price is normally required to secure your reservation. The exact deposit amount, balance and due dates are confirmed in writing before payment. All bank or card transaction fees are the responsibility of the traveller.

3. Prices, Inclusions & Exclusions

• Prices are quoted per tour or per person as stated in your quotation and are based on the services listed as included.
• Anything not explicitly listed as included (for example international flights, most lunches, drinks, entrance fees, tips and personal expenses) is excluded and payable by the traveller.
• Prices may change if the number of travellers, the itinerary, the accommodation level or the travel dates are modified after confirmation.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas required to enter Morocco.
• We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
• You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, reduced mobility or other requirements so we can advise on suitability.

5. Changes to the Itinerary

Itineraries are planned carefully, but the order of visits and stops may occasionally change due to weather, road conditions, local events or other factors beyond our control. We will always do our best to deliver all the main highlights and the agreed services.

6. Liability

Morocco Explore Trips acts as an organiser of travel services and takes every reasonable care to ensure your safety and satisfaction. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, strikes, illness, or the acts of third-party suppliers such as hotels, camps and airlines.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, border closures, pandemics or government restrictions.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations, refunds and date changes are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled amicably where possible and, failing that, by the competent courts of Marrakech.
